I had such a wonderful experience looking for very specialised shoes for my mum. Judith was so knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She was also warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and follow-up dealings with other staff proved that this business really knows how to hire quality staff. I have always purchased good shoes for my feet. HFF have a range of good quality orthotic and comfortable shoes from Ziera. Great brand, if you have problematic feet, as the generosity of the width options are wonderful. Judith and the team in Tuggeranong, are helpful and know their brands and products. The Manuka store is smaller store with a big impact team who also know their products and knowledge.
