Exchange/ Returns for Online Orders
At Happy Fit Footwear we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase(s). We therefore offer a 14 day returns policy for change of mind. If your purchase is outside this 14 day period, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless your item is faulty.
To submit an item to be returned, please fill out our Happy Fit Exchange/ Returns Form.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with no labels attached.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For online purchases, please download and complete our returns form and send this with your returned item(s).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
(For in-store purchases, a 7 day return policy applies. Please return your purchase to our store within 7 days, and one of our in-store sales team will assist you with your exchange or return for an in-store credit . Please note cash refunds cannot be given on purchases made in-store).
Refunds (for online purchases only)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 3 days of receiving your shoes back in store.
If you paid by Afterpay than you will be issued a store credit or exchange.
Late or missing credit notes or refunds
If you haven’t received a credit note or refund within 7 business days, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items are not refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
