Returns Policy

 

1. Exchange & Returns

At Happy Fit Footwear we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase(s). We therefore offer a 14 day returns policy for change of mind.
If your purchase is outside this 14 day period, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless your item is faulty. 

 


2. In-Store Orders

Please return your purchase to one of our stores within 14 days, and our in-store sales team will assist you with your exchange or return for an in-store credit. Please note refunds cannot be given on purchases made in-store.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with no labels attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 


3. Online Orders

To submit an item to be returned, please fill out our Happy Fit Exchange/ Returns Form and send this with your returned item(s) to one of our Happy Fit Footwear stores (see shipping section below for details).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with no labels attached.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

 


4. Refunds (For online purchases only)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 3 days of receiving your shoes back in store.

 

If you paid via Afterpay, you will receive store credit or an exchange instead of a refund.

 


5. Sale Items 

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items are not refundable.

 


6. Late or missing credit notes or refunds  


If you haven’t received a credit note or refund within 7 business days, please contact us at jane@happyfitfootwear.com.au. 

 


7. Shipping 


To return your product, you should mail your product to the store your order was shipped from:

  • Greenway Store: HAPPY FIT FOOTWEAR PTY.LTD., 10/146 Scollay St, Greenway, ACT 2900
  • Manuka Store: HAPPY FIT FOOTWEAR PTY.LTD.,Shop 11 Manuka Court, 11 Bougainville St, Griffith, ACT 2603

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
