A chunky high-rise ankle boot that is on fashion-fire this season, Fly’s Scop is a strong urban style that would look as good with jeans as with leggings and a dress or skirt. Scop has three broad straps that wrap around the boot from the inside. Starting at the easily accessible zip fastening where they are studded into place, these straps wrap around to the outside of the boot where they fasten with big bronze buckles that can be adjusted for fit.
